The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and enhancing, both strategically and visually, various materials used to promote our company. Candidate should have strong conceptual skills and understanding of layout, typography and color theory. The position requires frequent interaction with other functional departments and stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Events, Partnerships, Research, etc.).


Design and refine various marketing materials requested by departments or internal stakeholders for both internal and external audiences, including signage, style guides, brochures, print ads, digital ads, social media graphics, creative toolkits, and presentations.

Layout of a wide range of visual assets, from single-page ads to large environmental signage, including regularly-occurring long-form printed documents.

Design and prepare production print graphics, as well as environmental signage.

Build and maintain key graphic assets, event and platform marks.

Provide support across Creative Services general workflow: design and production.


Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in print production and digital design

Experience in managing clients and interacting with stakeholders.

Design Skills

Strong knowledge and understanding of design concepts and techniques, as well as brand worlds and systems.

Strong knowledge of typography.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

Knowledge of silhouetting, image manipulation, retouching, color correction.

Experience in art-direction; create mood board or storyboards, define a style and brief other designers, provide comments on proofs, steer the execution of a design project.

Ability to supervise print work with illustrators and photographers.

Knowledge of After Effects a plus.


Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
