One of the world’s leading online advice marketplaces is looking for a Community & Customer Support Associate. Work from home, full time (~35 hours/week), contract position. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relations with a community of buyers and service providers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the company's brand and public image
  • Grow user participation in online company forums
  • Handle incoming customer support requests
  • Investigate user complaints and suggest solutions
  • Provide technical support (with the help of the development team)
  • Handle billing and debt collection
  • Create and maintain customer service procedures and templates
  • Enforce company policies and community rules with consistency and fairness
  • Maintain and grow the company's online knowledge base
  • Communicate regularly with clients and service providers to ensure user satisfaction
 
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing communities or providing customer support at a software/Internet company
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Friendly yet assertive
  • A clear and efficient communicator - strong English language skills a must
  • Very comfortable with technology & online services
  • Organized, independent, and reliable
  • A clear thinker with excellent analytical skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize 
  • Self-motivated, able to work from home
  • Creative and energetic
  • Must have a good computer
