Overview of the Role
As an inside sales representative, you will be the face of our Ergeon home services and products. From generating leads to closing the deals, you will help Ergeon with its growth objectives by walking customers through a hands on sales experience. You will partner with our Onsite Estimators to create the best customer experience for our current and future customers.

Responsibilities
As an inside sales representative at ergeon, you may take on some exciting challenges. A typical day will include the following:  

Be the voice of the company via inbound calls, emails, and text messages
Qualify new leads
Manage the active leads in your sales pipeline organized by Pipedrive
Schedule onsite visits for our awesome fence onsite estimators
Send quotes, clarify questions, and negotiate the close


Desired Skills and Experience
Must have:

1+ year(s) experience in Inside Sales
English fluency 
Available to work 25-40 hours per week between 8am and 8pm PST


Nice to have:
Sales experience in general labor or construction industry
Experience using pipeline management or productivity tools like Pipedrive, Talkdesk, or Front

Pay:  base + bonus package
