The Digital Marketing Specialist is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers through multi-channel digital campaigns.
The position requires a strong understanding of emerging marketing channels, excellent communication skills, the ability to think creatively and innovatively, budget-management proficiency, skills to analyze research to forecast and identify trends, and familiarity with technology and methodologies to achieve the team financial goals and objectives.
What you'll do:
Orchestrate, formulate and execute digital campaign content to support organizational initiatives
Work with your marketing team partners to write, build, test and deploy emails.
Respond to incoming feedback from digital channels working with sales and customer service to answer questions.
Coordinate with analytics team members to monitor leads and campaign activities.
Stay up-to-speed on digital best practices and incorporate findings into campaign efforts, share trends and suggestions with relevant partners.
Experience in digital marketing or related field.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted to meet this requirement.
Knowledge of email and social marketing concepts, practices, and managing a website or blog post.
The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
The ability to work well with a team and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customer remotely.
